Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Zaknor. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 13 years old. If applicable law requires a higher age or parent/guardian consent, you must satisfy that requirement before using Zaknor.

2. Account and security

You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting passwords, verification codes and devices. Zaknor may take reasonable protective action when unauthorized access or abuse is suspected.

3. Nature of the AI service

Zaknor may rely on external AI and other service providers. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for your purpose. Verify important information independently. Do not rely on outputs alone for medical, legal, financial, engineering or other high-stakes decisions. You remain responsible for decisions and actions you take based on outputs.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Zaknor for unlawful activity, fraud, violations of rights or privacy, harassment or exploitation, malware, bypassing security or usage limits, unauthorized access, impersonation, or abuse of payment or account systems.

5. Content you provide

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in submitted content. You grant Zaknor a limited technical permission to process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure and troubleshoot the service, prevent abuse and comply with law. This permission ends when processing or retention is no longer reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to temporary backups and legally required records. You are responsible for having the rights needed for uploaded content.

6. Privacy and data processing

The Privacy Policy explains data categories, purposes, legal bases, service providers, storage, retention, deletion, international transfers and data-subject rights.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Zaknor may offer paid plans, credits or usage limits. Where Lemon Squeezy is identified as Merchant of Record, it handles payment processing, applicable taxes and receipts under the checkout terms. Apple App Store or Google Play purchases are also subject to the relevant store's billing systems and rules. Zaknor generally does not store your full card number or security code.

8. Cancellation, refunds and plan changes

You may cancel renewal using the channel through which you subscribed. Where cancellation occurs before the end of a paid period, access normally continues until that period ends unless the transaction terms or mandatory rights require otherwise. Refunds are handled under the applicable payment provider/store rules and non-waivable legal rights. Deleting a Zaknor account does not automatically cancel an external Apple, Google or other third-party subscription.

9. Third-party services

Zaknor relies on external providers for AI, hosting, storage, security, email, authentication, payments and app stores. Service availability may be affected by outages or changes at those providers, and Zaknor does not guarantee continuation of a third-party service outside its control.

10. Intellectual property

The Zaknor name, branding, design, software and original service elements are owned by or licensed to their respective owners. These Terms do not give you a right to copy, resell or exploit them outside permitted use of the service except as allowed by law.

11. Account deletion

You may request deletion through the Delete Account page or in-service controls. Zaknor removes associated data from active systems to the extent it is not required to be retained by law or for documented security purposes, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

12. Suspension and termination

Zaknor may suspend, restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or users, for violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment or legal compliance.

13. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or zero data loss. We may change or discontinue features, models, providers or usage limits as reasonably needed to operate, secure or develop the service.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. This does not exclude mandatory rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaknor and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or loss of profits, data or opportunities, arising from use of the service, reliance on AI outputs or failure of an external service. Where liability may lawfully be limited, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid to Zaknor during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Before starting a formal dispute, we encourage you to contact us through the Contact page and attempt to resolve the matter informally. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable right to approach a competent authority or court.

17. Changes and contact
