Terms of Use
Updated: 26 September 2026. These terms govern your use of Zaknor at zaknor.com. By using the service you agree to these terms, subject to the mandatory rights that apply to you. The Privacy Policy explains data processing; accepting these terms is not blanket consent to optional processing.
1. Service and eligibility
Zaknor provides an AI assistant and tools for tasks such as writing, research, images, documents and conceptual designs. Available features, models, limits and supported formats depend on the current service and plan. Spoken AI output is currently paused. You must be at least 18 and have the legal capacity required in your country. Registration and use by anyone under 18 are prohibited, including with parental permission. Provide your true age; we may restrict access if an account is found to be ineligible, without removing applicable cancellation, refund or data rights. You must be authorized to act for any organization whose account or content you use.
2. Accounts and security
Customer sign-in uses a single-use code sent to your email, without asking you to create a password. New customers must verify their email, provide a name and declare an age of at least 18 before account creation. Existing customers must complete the age declaration before further service use. Protect your email account and do not share sign-in codes. Provide accurate account and billing information, protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorized use through support. Do not impersonate another person, sell account access or bypass access controls. You are responsible for activity you authorize; these terms do not make you automatically liable for every unauthorized act regardless of fault or mandatory law.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Zaknor for unlawful activity, child sexual exploitation, fraud, malicious software, privacy violations, infringement, unlawful harassment, violence or other harmful conduct prohibited by applicable law or the service’s safety restrictions. Do not upload material you lack authority to use, circumvent safety or usage controls, overload the service, extract secrets or attempt unauthorized access. Reverse engineering restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not override statutory exceptions. Third-party services used through Zaknor may impose relevant additional restrictions.
4. Your content and generated outputs
You retain your existing rights in submitted content. You grant us the limited permission necessary to process, transmit and temporarily handle it to provide your requested features, secure the service and comply with law, as described in the Privacy Policy. This is not a transfer of ownership of your input.
As between you and Zaknor, you may use the outputs supplied to you, and we assign any rights we may have in those outputs to you to the extent legally possible. This does not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity, originality or clearance of third-party rights. Similar outputs may be generated for others. Review permissions, trademarks, likenesses, licenses and other rights before publishing or using outputs commercially. Zaknor’s branding, software and pre-existing materials remain protected by their respective owners.
5. AI limitations and professional review
AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased or fabricated information, citations or images. Check facts, sources and generated files before relying on them. Outputs are not a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, engineering or other professional advice. Architectural and engineering designs are conceptual aids unless independently validated by appropriately qualified professionals; they are not approved construction drawings, structural calculations, permits or a safety certification. Do not rely on them for construction or safety-critical decisions without the required professional review.
6. Local files and availability
Ordinary chat history, attachments, generated files and personal memory are stored locally in your browser/device. Processing requires transmission and may involve temporary server copies and provider retention, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Download and back up important work. Clearing site data, switching browsers or losing a device can make local content unavailable. Zaknor does not promise permanent chat archiving or automatic cross-device synchronization.
We aim to maintain the service, but availability and uninterrupted generation are not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, safety checks, capacity and technical failures may affect requests. We may change features, with notice and remedies where legally required, without removing your mandatory rights concerning a paid service.
7. Plans, prices, taxes and renewal
The plan and checkout describe the price, currency, billing period, applicable taxes, included usage and any stated limits or trial conditions. Review them before paying; no plan is unlimited unless expressly stated with its conditions. Recurring subscriptions renew at the disclosed interval until cancelled. Any required notice or agreement for price changes will apply before the affected renewal. These terms do not authorize undisclosed charges.
Purchases through Lemon Squeezy are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Its checkout and buyer terms apply to the transaction, in addition to your rights concerning Zaknor’s service. Your receipt identifies the billing provider and purchase details.
8. Cancellation, refunds and consumer rights
Manage or cancel renewal through the subscription/billing portal linked to your account or receipt, or contact support if you cannot access it. Unless the purchase terms or law say otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically erase your account and is separate from a refund request.
For a billing problem, duplicate charge, undelivered service or refund request, contact support or the merchant shown on your receipt. Refunds are considered under the purchase conditions, the merchant’s applicable policy and mandatory consumer law. Nothing here excludes rights to a remedy for non-conforming digital services or other statutory refunds. Where a cooling-off or withdrawal right applies, it remains available unless a lawful exception applies and any required express consent and acknowledgment have been obtained. Merely using this website does not by itself waive that right.
9. Third-party services
External search results, jobs, websites, payment pages and other third-party resources are not controlled by Zaknor. Their availability and accuracy may change. Follow their terms when you use them. Linking a resource is not an endorsement or a guarantee, and Zaknor does not submit an application or enter a contract for you merely by displaying a result.
10. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary for serious misuse, security, non-payment or legal requirements. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide the reason and an opportunity to resolve or contest the issue through support. Urgent security or legal action may be taken without advance notice. Any effect on paid access or refunds remains subject to applicable law. You may stop using the service and request account deletion; cancel any recurring subscription separately to stop renewal.
11. Responsibility and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is supplied without a guarantee that every output is accurate or that it will meet every intended purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by your unlawful use or by reliance contrary to the professional-review requirements above. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections, fraud, intentional misconduct or other non-excludable liability. No statement here removes your right to seek a remedy from a competent court or authority.
12. Applicable law, disputes and changes
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction are determined by the rules that govern your relationship with the service. These terms do not impose compulsory arbitration or deprive consumers of the mandatory protections or courts available in their place of residence. Contact support first if you want us to try to resolve a dispute; doing so is not a condition that prevents exercising a legal right.
We may revise these terms and will display the revision date. Material changes and changes affecting an existing paid contract require the notice, consent or termination options prescribed by applicable law. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
